We are pleased to announce that Saddleworth Golf Club has become a signatory of the Women in Golf Charter. Saddleworth becomes only the 20th club in Lancashire to achieve this. The award is to the benefit of everyone as it allows SGC to raise its profile and promote our club.
The Charter shows our commitment to Women in Golf and will allow us to display and advertise our club using the logo above.
This has been made possible by the hard work of Kath Oldham our Equality Champion and her working group including your Captains and President.
Further details of what this involves for our club will be made available to members in the new year.

Congratulations to Dave Roberts – Head Greenkeeper
After three years of hard work and plenty of time glued to a computer screen, Dave Roberts, Head Greenkeeper graduated with a Degree in Sportsturf.
Dave would like to thank his family and colleagues, the R&A and the staff at Myerscough College for their help and support.
