Oldham and District Golf League
The Oldham & District Golf League has been in existence since 1973 and comprises 13 local area clubs. Home matches using a fourball better ball format take place on Wednesdays commencing at 5pm. Away matches are as widespread as Blackley GC to Dukinfield GC and are usually played on either Wednesday or Thursday evenings also commencing at 5pm.8 Players constitute a team and food is provided after the match for a small ‘subs’ charge.
